Our story
A short menu, cooked over oak
Embers & Oak is built around a single wood-fired hearth and a kitchen that believes less is more. The menu is short on purpose β a handful of seasonal dishes, each one the best version of itself we can cook that night.
Our oak comes from a family sawmill an hour up the road. Our bread is baked in house. Our wine list is small, considered, and mostly from growers you haven't heard of β which is exactly the point.
