Our story
Embers & Oak is built around a single wood-fired hearth and a kitchen that believes less is more. The menu is short on purpose — a handful of seasonal dishes, each one the best version of itself we can cook that night.
Our oak comes from a family sawmill an hour up the road. Our bread is baked in house. Our wine list is small, considered, and mostly from growers you haven't heard of — which is exactly the point.

Private dining & events
Our upstairs room seats up to 24 for a seated dinner or 40 for a standing reception. We'll build a menu with you, pair every course, and make the evening feel like it couldn't have happened anywhere else.

Dinner service Wednesday through Sunday. We hold a handful of seats at the bar for walk-ins every night.
